Fitness programs for people living with physical, intellectual and neurological disabilities.

We tailor all our training to the individual and are proud to say that we work with both adults and children with conditions such as epilepsy, down syndrome, stroke, phelan mcdermid syndrome and more.

 

KEY DETAILS

Age - 4 years and up

Time - flexible, by appointment

Program length - varies, but typically 8 weeks at a time

Session length - 30 to 45 minutes, to suit participant

Location - our gym at Oxley (home based sessions may be available upon request)

Meet our coaches

Coach Jack

HEAD COACH AND OWNER

Coach Jack is a bike rider, rock climber, skimboarder, slackliner and dad. To say that he is passionate about movement is an understatement!

A former internationally competitive athlete in the sport of biketrials, Jack’s passion is teaching people of all ages to move well and be physically capable.

Jack is a MovNat Level 2 trainer, he holds a Certificate IV in Fitness and to top it off is a qualified environmental engineer with 10 years experience. Jack holds a current blue card.

Coach Adrian

HEAD Coach AND OWNER

Coach Adrian is a rock climber who also enjoys lifting heavy objects and exploring natural movement in all its forms.

Adrian enjoys teaching movement to children and has previous experience coaching youth rock climbing. He jumps at any opportunity to share his passion about movement

Adrian holds a Cert IV in Fitness and a current blue card.

 

COACH KAMINI

COACH

Coach Kamini (pronounced ‘Carmony’) is a wing chun kung fu martial artist with further interests in flexibility and balance.

Kamini recognises that gyms and the fitness world can be daunting. She strives to provide an environment where people from all walks of life feel at ease exploring fitness and movement.

Kamini holds a Cert IV in Fitness and a current blue card. She is a gold sash (level 10) Wing Chun instructor.
